Parlons mentorat. Nous traversons actuellement une p\u00e9riode marqu\u00e9e par une grande incertitude \u00e9conomique. De nombreuses organisations se voient dans l\u2019obligation de faire des coupures budg\u00e9taires et de limiter leurs d\u00e9penses. C\u2019est tout \u00e0 fait compr\u00e9hensible et l\u00e9gitime. Cependant, ce contexte vient accentuer un enjeu d\u00e9j\u00e0 bien pr\u00e9sent dans les entreprises : le d\u00e9veloppement des talents. Trop souvent, les strat\u00e9gies de formation et de d\u00e9veloppement sont per\u00e7ues comme une d\u00e9pense et non comme un levier de croissance organisationnelle.
